We will train indoors at first, then outside.
Sometimes all we need to achieve, is the commitment of a time and location, and a fabulous group of positive, outstanding fellow women. Here, you will get it all & more. We will be using the Walk/Run approach.
The goal is not to RUN 5km
the goal is to DO 5km.
If you can do the 5km, work on improving your time.
If you have never done 5km, a goal may be to finish a 5km,
be it by walking, running, or a combination of both.
The final 5km will be after our eight weeks.
Family is welcome to witness your success.
No public running, we do it on a trail with lots of shade
...absolutely NO excuses.
