All Levels Fitness

Requires: Sneakers, water & comfortable clothes.

This is one of my most popular classes. Movement to music, and exercise in disguise. We move our bodies to popular, fun music to get our blood pumping. A wonderful group of like minded women will make you feel welcome and laugh your way through class. This is truly for all sizes, shapes, ages and fitness levels.

All Levels Yoga

Requires: Comfortable clothes, water & a mat.

A delicious mingling of yoga, candlelight,  essential oils, meditation, and mindfulness. Let the stress melt away as you unwind and reconnect with your body and mind in a meaningful way. This practice is for all skill levels; support and guidance will be offered for any modifications you may need.

 

Beginners are welcome and encouraged.

Requires: Sneakers, water & comfortable clothes.

Coming Spring 2025
With over six hundred participants throughout the years, this approach is proven very effective. A opportunity for anyone who wants to achieve a 5km goal, through positivity and encouragement, with like minded women. All are welcome, and this is family friendly!

Self Defense

Requires: Comfortable clothes and water.

Designed by a local fifth degree black belt, Chris Cruikshank; it is intended to educate, promote awareness, build self-esteem and give young women the physical and mental tools they need to detect, avoid and escape potentially violent situations. You will learn simple, effective physical self-defense techniques, explore verbal self defense - reasoning, confronting, using surprise, and other other proven methods.
